this is my female flowerhorn she is extremely aggressive but won't even eat feeders! there is a pic with flash, one without, and one when i first got her

this is my male not as aggressive toward the female but tears up feeders when he has the chance

At one time I had 8 flowerhorns in different tanks. I thought they were too aggressive and sold them. Now I regret it.

my camera is broken so i cant take pics but i have a male 7 inch fh that i picked up yesterday. zz red dragon i believe. i will post pics as soon as i get my camera fixed.


200g: empty cause my 2ft aro died... jumped out.

90g
convicts, jd, black belt and jaguar

20g long
unknown mbuna

20g High
totally psycho hongi

2 ballpythons, 1 redtail boa, 130lb japenese akita in the backyard.

variety i guess.. they usually eat mealworms,hikari gold,omega shrimp pellets, freeze dryed krill and earthworms.

i think that it is weird that one eats feeders and the more aggressive one does not.


you reply alot about flowerhorns do you have any??? or are you still rockin' the bucktoothed tetra with convicts???

how is tank maintenance with these guys??..will they attack your hands??...all the big ones i've seen at LFS go nuts when you are staring in front of their tanks...
