Hi everybody!!!!!!! I decided to ditch my idea of keeping piranhas, and decided to do Cichlids. I want to set up a
Tangyanika cichlid tank, with a lot of fish. Right now, the recently vacated, and cleaned tank, houses a pair of Altolamprologus Compressiceps. Yup. That's it. I need some suggestions for tankmates. I really want to have 1 oddball cichlid in the group, but the rest is open. HELP!!!!!!!

What size tank do you have for them? Being that Comps are calm I'm guessing that you want calm fish and no Tropheus or Petrochromis.

I'm assuming it's another one of your 55 gallon tanks. Also, I'm assuming the pair of comps are juvies. I would add a colony of Cyprochromis, Julies and shell dwellers. That's what works for me in my son's 55 Tanganyikan community tank.
