Well....needless to say...if you have ever vivited the one and only pet store here in Mt Vernon, you will know not to listen to a wrod they say, nor do they ever help you. You can stand in front of a tank for 10 minutes, and nobody will ever ask if you need help, you have to go and get them. You can ask them to order things for you, since thier stock consists of little to nothing, but odds are, they will never get ordered. You will have to ask atleast 3 times before the manager gets pissed at the employees as a front to make it seem like your shibby will get ordered, but it never does. I have to drive 45 mins to get ANY service worth calling service. It's almost like it is an inconveinece for them to help you.
