He's doing great! Said he is going to deep fry a turkey for Thanksgiving. That dude can cook more than just his pet fish. drool.gif

I'm down with another NCAC meet, but probably not this time of the year. I hope we can put something together by the beginning of next year though.

30 mins is torture. Just left out of water, the fish would probably be dead in 15 mins. What the hell were you doing?


The proper way is to grip the fish tight and club it on the head with a stout stick. Dead in 5 seconds.

At least you are a better cook than a fish butcher.
