The five somewhat wide bars (3 prominent, 2 fainter intermediate) with a hint of white edging around the bars seem to indicate Azul, aka Cichla piquiti. The body shape and the juvenile pattern on the dorsal fin also look about right for an Azul at that size.

George, where were these collected and do you have larger, clearer photos?
